Prefolds are flat diapers that have been folded and stitched to put the absorbency in the middle, where it's needed. These diaper service quality Indian prefolds are 100% unbleached cotton and have been stitched into the premium level of absorbency.  The ply refers to the number of layers in the 3 sections of the prefold, with the most layers in the middle.
